Picture this. It's been almost a year since Tech's death. His siblings are still grieving as though it happened yesterday. They hang on to all his things, never modify the Marauder in a way he wouldn't have approved. The wall next to his bunk is still full of equations in his handwriting.

They miss his frequent chatter - it's too quiet without him. Omega frequently tears up when she's flying the ship, his voice in her head gently reminding her to check the fuel gauge and brake status as he always did while mentoring her.

One day Tech's datapad pings. It hasn't gone off in a long time. On the screen is Tech's notification to commemorate a year's passing since Wrecker ate a full meal during their first evening on Pabu.

It's almost like he's still with them.

Watch as the next Mary-Ann alt will reveal that if the relic reacts to her, it's not because of her crest (and the fact that the relic is still someone reacting to their own blood) but because she's just so badass that she can animate this chunk of metal and casted a spell on it to make it more OP than an iron sword.

consider sanuso bodyswap where Sanji is of course "admiring" Usopp's body and Usopp is trying desperately to keep himself from getting worked up so that he doesn't light himself on fire.

Luffy and Chopper are not helping. They are in fact doing the opposite of helping. They've ramped up their pranks and are doing anything possible to get Usopp angry so that he combusts, freaks out, and then dives into the ocean to put himself out. They think it's hilarious.

Nami and Brook are Also not helping, since they're conspiring with Sanji to put on a fashion show with Usopp's body. Sanji called it "not wasting a precious opportunity to get him in something other than overalls". Usopp called it mutiny and he was gonna- dive into the ocean, holy fuck Sanji why is it so easy to catch fire?!

Best part about this is that Sanji assured him, several times, that his body doesn't get hurt by catching fire. Usopp still jumps into the ocean every time.

Robin pipes up at one point, asking if Sanji was immune to just his own flames or all flames. Sanji just kind of shrugs and said it depends. Franky, having just been leisurely watching all of this gets an idea. Would his Franky Fireball hurt Sanji's body or just give him more fire to work with?

He tries to coax Usopp into agreeing to test it out and, somehow, he manages it. Albeit, Usopp is all knocking knees and chattering teeth, a very odd sight from 'Sanji'. As part of the deal though, he can only shoot a fireball the size of his hand.

Usopp meant his small hand. The one Franky used for tinkering and fine detail work. He did not, however, clarify this.

So, when a fireball the size of Franky's big hand comes out, well. Usopp runs for his goddamn life.

It takes him a few moments- and the voices of his friends sounding distant and below him- to realize he hadn't, in fact, run to the men's quarters, but rather into the fucking sky.

And oooooh, boy he is gonna kill Sanji one of these days. Why was his body's first fucking instinct when running to go up, what the actual HELL-

Usopp lit himself on fire again.

He curses out Sanji as his Sky Walk fails in the same moment and he plummets towards the deck.

So the thing is that in Marineford, Boa Hancock did tell Smoker she was engaged to Luffy. And like at no point did he see any interactions between them where Luffy denied this. He has no reason to not believe that based on the actions of both of them.

And like I just can't imagine how much he must have been sweating during Punk Hazard, BURNING to ask Luffy if he actually got married to the pirate empress. Like I'm pretty certain Smoker still very much believes Luffy and Hancock are married.

I just got home from a local Pride event. It was a lot of fun, especially the part where I hit a homophobe with a protest sign. Everybody clapped.

First off, I have revised my submission for the @klainefanzine2025. There's one part I'm stuck on, so I might ask one of the beta's to help me out here. Tenses in the English language are wack, you know? (Although... Dutch isn't much better.) (Sexy fokschaap, anyone?)

AND! I DID WRITING! LJUBILI SE! As I keep saying, I am stuck and I think I will remain stuck. I last published chapter 9 and my head is still :p when it comes to chapter 10, 11 and 12, but I just finished chapter 13! 🥳

The doorbell rings. Cooper jumps up. “My package!” he runs off towards the door, and Quinn and Blaine share a look. It’s probably Denise. They’ve told their families that Quinn’s “friend” is joining them, but Cooper must’ve forgotten that in his excitement. And they’re right. Cooper returns without a package, but with Denise in tow. Ideally, Denise would’ve come to the Anderson house with Blaine and Quinn, but she had an appointment. “Dee!” Quinn says and also gets up. She introduces Denise as her friend. Judy already knows Denise a little bit, but Blaine’s parents have no idea who she is. If their families think it’s weird that Denise is here, they don’t show. In fact, Cooper seems very excited to her again. He immediately shakes her hand, puts on a dazzling smile, and asks her all kinds of questions about herself. Blaine and Quinn share another look, although this time they’re amused. Blaine’s brother is flirting with Quinn’s girlfriend right in front of their noses.

Okay so like sake of argument here HK just being a weird human dude for this scenario like Clive and Jill know Clídna is capable of killing and merciless and have seen it happen, HK however would come out of nowhere to them. Like man would just be so upbeat and positive and like soft that for him to just suddenly turn around and just turn into killing machine would be jaw dropping! I feel like it wouldn't happen until Barnabas that you really see the scary side of him, like don't get me wrong HK isn't happy about kupka either but he's gonna let it happen and believes Clive deserves the satisfaction of the kill. Same with Jill and the Iron Kingdom, like HK is epitome of holding their purses and earrings while they do what they gotta do, very "I gotchu boo. Now go fuck 'em up." Like idk man idk imagine that this person you love because they lean much more soft but understand you and really only fighting because people are leaving you with no choice in the matter just one day going killer mode just things make so much more sense. idk I feel like for this universe like HK would have also worked under Barnabas for a long while being an unfeeling killing machine and escaping to Cid eventually so he would have a big bone to pick with Barnabas.

Clídna and Karlach could also work in a romantic relationship if they were together before Karlach's heart became an engine. Meeting after the fact could work out potentially but it would take a lot of work due to Karlach missing casual touch and Clídna being a bit more aversive to it, and Clídna wouldn't want to be with her if she couldn't give everything she wants/needs it feels unfair. But they could very much make the cute battle couple and I think there would be less self consciousness on Clídna's end with her scarred face because Karlach would show how much she loves her for all that she is. Also those two would switch weapons and teach the other how to best wield them and frankly Clídna with a big axe/hammer and Karlach with a sword and shield just man that is doing something to my brain, it would be so hot. But those two would also be so sweet with one another and would do all the exploring and helping of people, I could also see them dragging Wyll along with them and that just being a very loving dynamic that isn't romantic between them all, like different levels and not as equal as it is for Clídna, Jill, and Clive if that makes sense. I do also think that Clídna would have the biggest heart eyes when Karlach is showing off her teddy bear, whereas Karlach's big heart eyes moment is seeing Clídna bloody and fighting and just her own version of raging in battle, like those would be the "I'm so in love with this woman" moments.
